Agreeing to these terms

By visiting this website, using the app or joining Rebuild Fit Club, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Membership

• Your membership plan, fee, start date and end date are the ones recorded when you join or renew. You can see them in the app.
• A membership is personal to you. Please do not share your QR pass or your sign-in details.
• Fees are paid at the front desk, and you will get a receipt. Any refund, freeze or transfer is decided under the centre's policy at the time you join. Ask the front desk if you are unsure.
• We may pause or end a membership if fees stay unpaid, or if these terms or the centre's rules are broken.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password and sign-in codes private, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Using the facilities safely

• Follow your coach's instructions and the centre's rules, and use equipment as shown.
• Tell your coach about any injury, condition or pregnancy before you start, and again if it changes.
• Treat other members and staff with respect. Harassment, unsafe behaviour or damage to equipment may lead to removal from the centre.
• Look after your own belongings. Please ask the front desk about lockers and storage.

Workout and diet plans are made by your coach for general fitness. They are not medical advice. See the disclaimer for more.

Acceptable use of the website and app

Please do not try to break into the service, test its security, copy it, or use it to send spam or harmful content. We may suspend access if it is misused.

Our responsibility

We take reasonable care to provide safe facilities and a reliable service. Exercise carries some risk, and you take part at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, the centre is not responsible for loss or injury that is not caused by our negligence, or for interruptions to the website or app.

Changes

We may update these terms and the centre's rules. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the centre or app after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab have jurisdiction, unless the law says otherwise.
