How to ask Rebuild Fit Club to delete your account and personal information.

In the app
Sign in to the Rebuild Fit Club member app (or the member page on this website) and request account deletion from your profile. The centre's owner or manager then completes the request.
Without the app
Call or visit the front desk and ask for your account to be deleted. Staff can start the request for you.
What is deleted
Your sign-in, phone number, email address, profile photo, health and checkup notes, workout and diet plans, messages and any biometric data are removed. Your record is renamed "Deleted member".
What we keep
Membership dates, payment records and attendance counts stay for the centre's accounts, tax and legal needs. They no longer carry your personal details.
